Why Is Cutting Down Trees Bad?

Learning Intention: I am learning to write a persuasive text using information to persuade readers my point of view is right.

I believe that people should not chop down trees because we will not have oxygen to breathe. The animals will have no home and they will become extinct.
I believe that people should stop cutting down trees.

Our Autumn Tree

The Autumn Tree looks colourful. Twirling, Twirling, Twirling leaves are falling from the autumn tree. The red and yellow, gold and brown leaves are gliding and fluttering softly to the ground. Soon the tree will be bare.

A Good Neighbour

One day a man went on a trip. Robbers jumped out at him. They hit him. They took all the things he had with him. They left him lying by the road. A man who worked in God's temple did not help the hurt man. A man who came on a donkey helped the hurt man. The lesson we learn from the story is I can be a neighbour to anyone who needs my help.

Caring For Our Earth ...Our Common Home

Learning Intention: We are learning to understand that God wants us to care for His Creations.

Caring For Our Earth ...Our Common Home

Room 2 went to pick up the rubbish around the school grounds.
We picked a lot of plastics, juice carton,  paper and foil. This rubbish will get into the drains and the rain will wash it out into the sea and rivers. The eels and fish will die because their home is polluted.
Please don’t litter!

Going to The Pool!

During the holidays my family and I went to the pool. The water was warm. I dived into the pool. Then I went on the slide. I slid down into the water and I made a big splash.
It was cool.
